Meeting and Program Copies. For your individual viewing use, dubbing a copy with your video recording device directly from the Metro Cable 14 channel is encouraged. Metro Cable does not provide dubbing services, nor does it archive or serve as an official meeting record keeper. For official records, contact the Clerk of the respective agency.
Library Copies. Meetings aired on Metro Cable 14 can be checked out at no charge from the Sacramento Public Library approximately 7 to 10 days following the meeting. The DVDs can be requested at your local branch or picked up from the Central Branch located at 828 "I" Street in Downtown Sacramento.
To check out the availability of the meeting DVD you are looking for, call the Central Library at (916) 264-2920. DVDs are kept in the library system for approximately 60 days and are then recycled. If the DVD is no longer available from the Library, call the respective agency Clerk for information about availability and how to obtain meeting records.
Note: Permanent agency meeting records may be available only in audio or written form.
